 \frac{gh}{g}  =  \frac{1}{4}  \\  \frac{{r}^{2} }{(r + h) {}^{2} }  =  \frac{1}{4}  \\

Square Rooting both sides;

 \frac{r}{(r + h)}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\ 2r = r + h \\ r = h
