Height of tree increases every year by 1/8 times. That means at 1st year it increased by 1/8 times and at 2nd year also 1/8 times and so on.
Therefore, If present height is 64cm
At first yearit will be:-
64 * 1/8 = 8cm
At second year, it will be 1/8 times of 8cm i.e.
8 * 1/8 = 1cm
therefore after two years it's height will be 1 cm
