height of father= 1 m 68 cm                                                                                                            =(100+68)cm                (1 m=100 cm)                                                                    =168 cm                                                                                          therefore, height of son = {(168/2)+12}cm                                                                                                    =(84+12)cm                                                                                                            =96 cm                                                                                                       answer=96 cm

Let my height be x
Given that , my father's height = 1.68 m
we know that, 1 m = 100 centimeters

According to your question,
my height = 0.12 m more than half of my father's height

therefore, x = 0.12 + (1/2*1.68)
                x = 0.12 + 0.84
                x = 0.96 m

hence, my height is equal to 0.96 meter or 96 centimeters.
