data is given as

a= 144 cm

b=152 cm

c= 148 cm

d= 136 cm

applying the formula of median or average we get the result

$\frac{144+152+148+136}{4}\\=145cm$

now in question it is asked to find the average height in meter ,so converting it into m

as 1 cm =0.01 m

hence 145 cm=1.45 m

so final conclusion is the average height is 1.45 meter
