Helen Keller was born on 27 June 1880 in tuscumbia,northern Alabama. her father was Arthur h. Keller and mother was Kate Adams.her grandfather Kaspar Keller migrated to Alabama and bought a plantation there.as a child she was very sharp,eager,self asserting and inquisitive. at the age of six, she could utter incomplete sentences like "how d'ye" and words like "tea,tea,tea". having enjoyed normal life for eighteen months,she was attacked my a mysterious illness that robbed her the faculty of seeing and hearing. her mother nursed her lovingly during illness. as a child she was very sullen and angry but once miss Sullivan started teaching her, her anger cooled down and her inner peace and beauty started to bloom. she played with Martha ,locking her mother and teacher were her common pranks.she got her college education with normal students.she live her life to the full. she conquered her handicaps with her full determination, strong will power ,perseverance. she gave her all credit of success to her parents,her teachers and her friends.she enjoyed her life and proved to be a source of inspiration for her fellow beings
