She is saying examination is not good because she was in school time. The school give permission to miss. Sullivan to write her answer sheet and always give him a writer but in college. The college does not give permission for Miss. Sllivan to write her answer sheet and does not provide him a writer. But the Helen clear all his exam and the exam are come very fast. That why Helen dislike or hate the examination.
