Answer:

Helium, which has a mass of 4.00 g/mol, has a density of 0.164 g/l. Thus, a one-liter balloon of helium can lift a mass of (1.18-0.164) = 1.02 g.

Given: Helium gas has a density of 0.00018 g/cm3 and mass 10kg.

To find: We have to find the volume of He gas.

Solution:

We know that volume is a ratio of mass to density.

The densit of He gas us 0.00018 g/cm^3..

The mass of He gas is 10kg.

Changing this mass to gram we get-

10×1000=10000g

Now volume of He gas will be division of mass to density.

 \frac{10000}{0.00018} \\ = 5555555.56

The volume of He gas is 5555555.56 cm^3.
