Helium have only two protons and hence two electrons. The K shell have only one orbital, which is s-orbital, having maximum capacity of 2 electrons.
Helium is noble gas and do follow the octet rule, however, as its valence shells can only hold two electrons, an “octet” is two electrons for it.
