u have to eat according to the pyramid food chart.that u have to eat more food at the bottom like( vegetables, fruits) then u go 1 step above and eat comparatively less ( meat, milk products ) .then u have to eat still more less ( Essential fatty acids ex : butter ) then at the top very least ( fast foods.) .But it is ur life eat the things while u can.dont care about the chart.eat more.work more.
