If E drops the ball:
●the ball will get struck near the place where the other ball is.
●Due to this no ball will move, and if u did notice, there is an unnamed person facing person E with a Gun in his hand [circled with blue].
→So, we can say that E will most likely be the first to die.

Hey there! It's a awesome question, and I remember playing some game related to this type, So I am sure my logic will work out.
So ,We are considering the person E to leave the ball.
As he leaves the ball, it will go and strike the fan which causes the end stopping the other ball to move.
As the end moves, the ball shall go and kill the person C.
Till this incident happening, the fan which changed its state of motion stops the other ball and once, the person C dies or sometime after that, The ball left by E will go and kill A as it comes with a greater speed.
But Let me tell you this is all depends on the whirling fan, if the other ball doesn't get released first.
Then The ball left by E will kill C, and the ball which is in blue colour will kill B, D
This happens with 1/2 probability.
So, Only one thing is C will surely die in all cases and E will not die whatsoever ( The unnamed person's aim is to the fan , so bullet gets deflected)
