A Smartphone is now a major gadget which is possess by almost all people coming from different walks of life no matter how costly they are.

This has started addicting students to play more and more games. And playing games results in reduced concentration level which equals to the mediation of 1 whole day. War games take away the little humanity instilled in everyone. This is why the current generation is prone to frequent illness and less patience.

These gadgets harm our eyes and if we type a lot, our hands may get damaged too. Eyesight is increasing due to increase in addiction to these gadgets. This is why these days we see more people with spectacles.

A good soul will use these gadgets for learning something from the internet which is a vast source of information.

Gadgets are known to destroy all good relationships be it friendship or any other relationship.

Thus, a gadget is a destructing agent to one who misuses it. Also this type of person becomes way unproductive.

But for the people who use it in a wise way gain a vast amount of information.

You're paying the employee the same, but getting less employee attention for it.

Facebook is getting that attention - and monetizing it with additional advertising dollars. In short, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is transferring wealth from your company to his. And he's doing it every day, and constantly increasing how much he takes.

Of course, it's far more complicated than that. Employees are distracted by smartphones, web browsers, messaging apps, shopping sites and lots of social networks beyond Facebook. More alarming is that the problem is growing worse, and fast.
