homogeneous function : a function is Said to be homogeneous with respect of any set of variables when each of it's terms is of the same degree with respect to those variables .
for example
is homogeneous in x and y symbolically if f(tx,ty) = t^n f (x,y) then f(x,y) is homogeneous function of degree n.
_______
note :-
the range of a constant function is a Singleton and a constant function may be one - one or may - one onto or into.
Constant Function is a linear function of the form y = b, where b is a constant.
It is also written as fxx = b.
The graph of a Constant Function is a horizontal line.

=======
Answer:
=======
=> Constant Function is a linear function of the form y = b, where b is a constant.(x coordinate is 0).
=> It is also written as f(x) = b.
=> A homogeneous function is one that has all of its components being the same degree (all variables are the same power).
