Correct Statement is

\rm { \bigg( {(23 +  {2}^{2} )}^{ \frac{2}{3} }  +  {(140 - 19)}^{ \frac{1}{2} } \bigg)}^{2}

\large\underline\purple{\bold{Solution :-  }}

\rm :\implies\:\rm { \bigg( {(23 + 4 )}^{ \frac{2}{3} }  +  {(121)}^{ \frac{1}{2} } \bigg)}^{2}

\rm :\implies\:\rm { \bigg( {(27)}^{ \frac{2}{3} }  +  {(11 \times 11)}^{ \frac{1}{2} } \bigg)}^{2}

\rm :\implies\:\rm { \bigg( {({3}^{3} )}^{ \frac{2}{3} }  +  11 \bigg)}^{2}

\rm :\implies\: {(9 + 11)}^{2}

\rm :\implies\: {(20)}^{2}

\rm :\implies\:400
