This question in Rd Sharma answer is 400 but whenever I try to solve it it always comes as 192 or whatever

$\rm :\implies\:\rm { \bigg( {(23 + 4 )}^{ \frac{2}{3} } + {(121)}^{ \frac{1}{2} } \bigg)}^{2}$

$\rm :\implies\:\rm { \bigg( {(27)}^{ \frac{2}{3} } + {(11 \times 11)}^{ \frac{1}{2} } \bigg)}^{2}$

$\rm :\implies\:\rm { \bigg( {({3}^{3} )}^{ \frac{2}{3} } + 11 \bigg)}^{2}$

$\rm :\implies\: {(9 + 11)}^{2}$

$\rm :\implies\: {(20)}^{2}$

$\rm :\implies\:400$
