Hey mate, here's your answer^_^
The answer is main stem xylem as the pressure potential is more negative with the increase number of solutes.As we know also xylem is for the transportation of water and in main stem of xylem, there's more amount of solutes.Because of negative pressure potential, transpiration occurs.
