your English will be strong if you go through different books, newspaper articles daily. Going through them won't help until you hunt down difficult words in dictionary. This advice was for writing. For grammar part try to follow the rules like for reported speech, voice. conditionals, sentences , subject verb agreement there are some rules that need to be followed and yes practice accordingly. Literature part try to write expensive answers like including literary device in your answer
