Solution Points for the equations:

3x-y=3   (1,0) and (2,3)

X-2y=4  (6,1) and (4,0)

GIVEN: 3x-y=3 , X-2y=4
TO FIND: Solution for the Equations
SOLUTION:
As we know,

To find the solutions to a given equation,

We assume a value of one of the variables and find the other one.

Equation 1: 3x-y=3

Case1: Put x=1

3(1)-y = 3

3-y = 3

3-3 = y

0 = y

Therefore, the solution is (1,0).

Case2: Put x=2

3(2)-y = 3

6-y = 3

6-3 = y

3 = y

Therefore, the solution is (2,3).

Similarly,

For Equation 2:

We get solutions as

(6,1) and (4,0).

Plotting the points on the graph and joining them into lines and the x-axis.

The area could be found using the square units.
