Hello Everyone this is not a question if anyone wants divisibility rules here... DIVISIBILITY TESTS OF NUMBERS 1.) Divisibility by 10 :- If a number has 0 in its ones place then the number is divisible by 10 . Eg :- 20 , 330 , 4560 , 123890, 34560 etc. 2.) Divisibility by 5 : - If a number has either 0 or 5 in its ones place then the number is divisible by 5. Eg :- 235, 145, 250, 330, 100, 12350, 3467895 etc. 3.) Divisibility by 2 : - If a number has either 0 , 2 , 4 , 6 or 8 in its ones place then the number is divisible by 2. Eg :- 24, 146, 680, 1232, 456780, 79532 etc. 4.) Divisibility by 3 :- If the sum of the digits of a number is a multiple of 3 then the number is divisible by 3. Eg :- 345 , 123, 36, 12342, 891, 89721 , etc. 5.) Divisibility by 6 :- If a number is divisible by 2 and 3 both then the number is divisible by 6 . Eg :- 36, 12342, 894, 8982, etc. 6.) Divisibility by 8 :- A number with 4 or more digits is divisible by 8 if the number formed by last three digits is divisible by 8. Eg :- 1240, 45648, 12345896 etc. 7.) Divisibility by 9 :- If the sum of the digits of a number is a multiple of 9 then the number is divisible by 9 Eg:- 459, 891 , 12348, etc. 8.) Divisibility by 11 :- Find the difference between the sum of the digits at odd places ( from right) and sum of the digits at even places ( from right) of the number. If the difference is either 0 or 11 then the number is divisible by 11. Eg :- 803, 6534, 176935 , etc.
