A court is a tribunal, often as a government institution, with the authority to adjudicate legal disputes between parties and carry out the administration of justice in civil, criminal, and administrative matters in accordance with the rule of law.

Account written by scholar about Kingdom , their countries and living condition of common people were called court - chronicles. chronicle were basically detailed and registered court account in continuous Manner through a particular order of time . The form of writing was usually prose or verse but without any literacy ambition. They provide information related to the past - events , historical ,political and cultural attitudes of their writers and audiences
