Hello Everyone!
Why are Introverts and Extroverts like they are? Hasn't Aristotle Said that 'Man is by nature a social animal'?

I already wrote an answer last night, but I was extremely tired, and it was of low quality (not that this one is super-fantastic either, but you get the point). Therefore, I will re-write it. I realise that some of my points are already mentioned, but that does not mean that I do not possess those same views, and feel that I must express them.
I hope extroverts read this, but most of them probably won’t.
Being judgemental towards introverts
This is exceptionally annoying. Most people don’t really understand the definition of an introvert. Introversion is a genetic personality trait which manifests quite early in childhood and remains relatively stable throughout life. Quite literally, we experience a lower dopamine release during and/or after social interaction. Much like all personality traits, introversion/extroversion have genetic components to them, rendering a true introvert largely unable to change.
So, no extrovert should tell an introvert that they need to get out more, socialise, and stop being so shy all the time. People have told me this repeatedly, under multiple different circumstances and, sometimes, in front of other people (which isn’t that much of a big deal, but it’s still very annoying) as well. No, we’re not weird (OK, some of us are, but most are just introverted), so there’s no need to consider us as such, especially when you do not fully understand our behaviours.
