1.Oestrous cycle is a reproductive system in most of the mammals.Reproductive hormones causes the cycle to start puberty in sexually mature females. They are interupped by non- breeding phases or by pregnancies. Usuallly estrous cycles continue until death.

2. Menstrual cycle is the regular natural change that occurs in the female reproductive system that makes pregnany possible. The cycle is reqired gor the production of oocytes and for the preparation of the utreus for pregnancy.
