The Internet Protocol (IP) family contains a set of related (and among the most widely used) network protocols. HTTP:http is an application protocol which provides set of rules and Standards that govern how Information is transmitted on the world wide web .it is used to retrieve the page and other documents from remote servers .
HTTPS:the unencryptedHTTP protocol does not protect data from interruption or alteration ,which can subject uses to eavesdropping or snooping,tracking and the modification of received data .the http connection create a privacy vulnerability an expose potentially sensitive information in public .data send over http is susceptible to interception,manipulation and impersonation .this data can include browser identity, website content, search terms ,financial transaction information like credit card number e- banking transaction ,OTP, address data online fraud like phishing,pharming,etc.
FTP:FTP has been around since the beginning of the internet in early 1970's.transferred files when the internet was a safer more trusting place .it is a protocol or set of rules that enables files to be transferred between a local computer and web server using standard TCP/ IP Protocol .FTP is widely used on the internet for transferring files to and from a remote host .
