let (x-y) be a

so,

4a {}^{2}  - 12a + 9 \\ 4a {}^{2}  - 6a - 6a + 9 \\ \\ 2a(2a - 3) - 3(2a - 3) \\ (2a - 3)(2a - 3)

Ello!❤️

4(x - y) ^{2}  - 12(x - y) + 9

Let xy be a

So,

4 {a}^{2}  - 12a + 9

2a ^{2}  - 2(2a)(3) +  {3}^{2}

(2a - 3) ^{2}

(2a - 3)(2a - 3)

Glad to help❤️
