Skill Development:



Given the extremely low educational levels and lack of training among women, skill development can be routes to improvement in income earning and enterprise development.



While this is a major concern for the country as a whole country.



Our skill development schemes helps us a lot but especially helps us to farmer , fishiers and other related person with educational system.



in our country many peoples have illetrate So Skill developments helps to increase the percentage of leterate peoples.



Additional efforts from goverment and non- Goverment company sources are very welcome in this area , for instance , handicrafts specially helps to women.




Women can be trained in the making and employed in making also handicratlfts.






Its also help in increasing tourism department. It is good scheme for all.




It is very essential for Bihar because , in bihar found that "The akshar Aanchal yojna was popular in bihar with illiterate women in poor communities.

The main objective of the Skill Development Scheme is to help a large number of Indian people to get high skill training and thus which will gradually help them to secure a better and comfortable livelihood.
This is a completely free scheme by the government of India.
It provides training to the Indian youth under various subjects.

The National Skill Development Corporation has been created with a good will and thought, based on the following pillars - create , fund and enable.

This scheme gives the Indian youth a proper training and takes their skills to a new level and develops necessary frameworks for standards.

It enhances, supports and coordinates initiatives for skill development and plays the role of a market-maker.
It helps in the building of new skills and innovative thinking.

This scheme has been quite successful. Because more than 5 million students have been trained which has greatly changed their way of living.

The Skill India campaign was launched by our Prime minister on 2015.
This scheme has brought about a huge change in many states of India by benefiting the students of schools and colleges and by giving various extra help to them. Many backward villages and towns has improved. They are leading a better life now.
