Given: ΔABC ≈ ΔBDC

So, By using B.P.T

\frac{AB}{BD} =  \frac{BC}{DC} =  \frac{AC}{BC}

\frac{AB}{BD} =  \frac{BC}{DC}

Using pythagoreas theorm:

AB² + BC² = AC²

=> 9 + 16 = AC²

=> AC = √25 = 5 units

∴DC = 5-2 = 3 units

NOW,

\frac{3}{BD} = \frac{4}{3}

∴ BD = 9/4 Units
