A block at rest explodes into three equal parts . two parts starts moving along X axis and Y axis respectively with equal speed of 10m/s . find initial velocity or third part .

Due to no external force centre of mass doesn't change Let the block while exploded was at the origin of the co - ordinate system.

if the two bodies have equal mass is at speed of 10 m/s at speed of X axis + and 10 m/s at Y axis direction respectively since,  \sqrt{10 {}^{2} + 10 {}^{2} + 10 \times 10 \times cos90 }10√2 m/s at 45° w.r.t + x - axis If the centre of mass is at rest then the third mass which have equal mass to other two , will move on opposite direction (i.e. 135° w.r.t + X axis ) of the resultant at the same velocity
