Farmers are an important part of the survival of our various societies because they provide food and fiber that nourishes and cloths us.
As Mahatma Gandhi said, “India lives in villages and agriculture is the soul of Indian economy”. so it is said farmers are back bone of society.
In developing countries like India, small and marginal farmers do not adopt even a low cost technologies in some regions. They need zero cost technology or managemental type of interventions which is not always possible. If we give financial support, they will agree otherwise chances of adoption becomes meager.

Farmers is the backbone of the Indian society.

• The farmers are the ones who bring about 50% of the total economy that India earns.
• Agriculture is not only the most essential occupation for  existence but also very laborous process.
• Its the farmers who give all the labour for the continuance of our Society.
• Our society cannot live without farmers. Farmers hence form the backbone of our Society. Without a backbone you cannot walk.Similarly without the farmers the society cannot progress.

Yet the farmers does not get their deserved place in the society.It is just because they are poor. Our society is simply dominated by the selfish interests of the leaders of the society

The rich people and the political leaders (some of them) dominate our society and they are responsible for the plight of the farmers indirectly.

Well think about this that so many billions and billions does a celebrity makes...

How much does he/she contribute to the poor people and farmers?

They dont even contribute much to the GDP of our society as much the farmers do.

The Government is also somewhat responsible.

Last few years however Government are taking important measures to improve the conditions of the farmers.
