Given Equation is 4x^3 - 18x - 54.

It can be written as:

⇒ 2(2x^3 - 9x - 27)

⇒ 2(2x^3 + 6x^2 - 6x^2 + 9x - 18x - 27)

On rearranging the terms, we get

⇒ 2(2x^3 + 6x^2 + 9x - 2x^3 - 18x - 27)

⇒ 2(x(2x^2 + 6x + 9) - 3(2x^2 + 6x + 9))

2(x - 3)(2x^2 + 6x + 9).

Hope it helps!
