Hello friends I am a student of class 12(Science) CBSE board and I am extremely weak in Physics & Chemistry and I just want to score good marks in ISC Exam what should I do? and yeah I have no money to take any tuitions Please kindly give me some useful tips

Money doesn't matter if you have spirit so start studying and do practice of pcmb because science and maths is most but you can prefer online lectures also like on youtube or byjus it will help you alot listen them and make notes you will definitely score good marks
