it depend upon u how u use it and with which motive ... nothing is harmful but u make it suitable for ur situation ... u give a way to ur problems ... vaise there is no harm using it.... and this is a study app these questions are not allowed but for ur convinience I gave this answer ..... ACCORDING TO ME,

THERE IS NO DISADVANTAGE OF USING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA BUT YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR LIMITS.


AS PER MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE,

I'M ACTIVATE ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA,
IT DOESN'T AFFECT ME....

YOU CAN USE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA FOR YOUR BENEFIT...


THE SOCIAL SITES WHICH HELPS ME THE MOST ARE ==>

1. WHATSAPP (BY GROUP)

2. FACEBOOK (SOME EDUCATIONAL PAGES)

3. INSTAGRAM (AS SOME PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEIR NUMBERS OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION, SO THEY ARE CONNECTED THEIR).
