(a) - Potential resources are found in an area, but not been utilised.
There are many materials in our environment which can satisfy human needs and but man does not have the technology to access those resources. Such resources are called stock resources.
(b) - Resource planning is a technique or strategy of proper and judicious utilisation of resources. It keeps environment pollution free and conserves for future.
Sustainable development means 'development should take place without damaging the environment, and development in present should not compromise with the needs of the future generations ' .
