The boiled potatoes are mashed into a smooth consistency. salt, spices and bread crumbs are added to it. A small portion of mashed potatoes is taken and shape into round balls .These small potato balls are then deep fried till golden brown.The potato rolls are then ready to be served with tomato sauce.
