a =  log(2)  \\ b =  log(3)  \\ c =  log(7)  \\  now \\  \\ {6}^{x}  =  {7}^{x + 4}  \\ taking \: log \: both \: sides \\  log( {6}^{x} )  =  log( {7}^{x + 4} )  \\ by \: property \: of \: log \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  log( {a}^{m} )  = m log(a)  \\ x log(6)  = (x + 4) log(7 )  \\  \\  xlog(3 \times 2)  = (x + 4) log(7)  \\ x( log(3)  +  log(2) ) = (x + 4) log(7)  \\ x(b + a) = (x + 4)c \\ xb + xa = xc + 4c \\ x(a + b - c) = 4c \\ x =  \frac{4c}{a + b - c}  \\
hope it will help you!!
