PSDA is a parallelogram so PS is parallel to AD. Since PQ is a part of PS and AB is a part of AD,  so AB will also be parallel to PQ. AP parallel to PQ is given. So ABQP will also be a parallelogram. So AB = PQ. Similarly prove the rest two as parallelogram then you would get your answer.
