Question is =====

A 2 kW heater , a 200 W TV and three 100 W lamps are All switched on from 6 p.m to 10 p.m . what is total cost at Rs.5.50 per kWh ????

Total power = 2kW + 200W + 3(100W)

= 2kW + 0.2kW + 0.3kW

= 2.5 kW

Total time = 4 hr

Since E = P. t

=) E = 2.5* 4

= 10 kWh

Hence total cost = 5.50*10

= ₹55

Total Power

2000 + 200+ 300 = 2.5 KW

Time = 4 hr

Commencial unit.

E = P ×T

=> 2.5 × 4

=> 10 kWh

=> Total Price = 5.50 × 10

=> 55 RS.
