black hole bends space and time.
blue hole has no such power.

Black hole is formed when a star die(gravitational collapse),
blue hole is result of erosion.

... Blue holes, are just caves that turned to sinkholes with the ocean water filling it over the brim.
Nothing more that limestone formations modified over time.

  • A blue hole is a large marine cavern or sinkhole, which is open to the surface and has developed in a bank or island composed of a carbonate bedrock (limestone or coral reef). Blue holes typically contain tidally influenced water of fresh, marine, or mixed ... Many different fossils have been discovered that indicate the type of life
  • A black hole is a place in space where gravity pulls so much that even light can not get out. The gravity is so strong because matter has been squeezed into a tiny space. This can happen when a star is dying. Because no light can get out, people can't see black hole
