Why did Yogi Aditya Nath changed the name of several places such as Faizabad, Allahbad, etc ?? What he will be getting after changing the name ?? I mean what is the reason behind changing the name of places ??

◆YOGI ADITYANATH HAS RECENTLY CHANGED THE NAME OF ALLAHABD TO PRAYAGRAJ, AND FAIZABAD TO AYODHYA.
IF YOU NOTICE THE EARLIER NAMES ALLAHABAD AND FAIZABAD , THESE NAMES WERE GIVEN BY MUSLIM RULERS WHO WERE NOT THE NATIVE OF INDIA , BUT THEY CAME INDIA TO MAKE TO EITHER MAKING IT SLAVE OR FOR ACCUMULATING WEALTH TO THEIR NATIVE COUNTRIES .
YOGI ADITYANATH THOUGHT THAT IF WE ARE LIVING INDEPENDTLY , SO WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO NAME OUR PLACES BY OUR OWN.
SO HE NAMED THESE PLACES ACCORSING TO US OR THE PEOPLE .
BUT , I THINK THAT NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE BY CHANGING THE NAMES.
If you really want to change the country then you should do some work , for the youth, for education .
It’s the age old propaganda of left-liberals to invoke the development issue and falsely portray that Hindutva is anti-thesis to development, when apparently states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh with BJP government since long time have seen noticeable growth in positive terms. And Yogi Adityanath’s government too is trying hard to develop Uttar Pradesh, but the fruits of such effort to come will take some time. [1] [2]
And Prayag will not be the first city which is going to be re-named in India. And technically, Allahabad is not be going to be re-named, but the act is of re-instating the city to its original name.
Lots of cities after independence were renamed like Bombay to Mumbai, Calcutta to Kolkata, Madras to Chennai, Calicut to Kozhikode, Banglore to Bengaluru and many more. The problem with self-acclaimed liberals & intellectuals that according to them Hinduism has done nothing good for India and it’s only the invading barbaric Turk-Mongols and their Mughal descendants who are the real heroes of India.
