hello frnds sorry for disturbing answer this question please
the centre of a circle is C ( 2a-1) and it passes through the point A(-3,-1). If a diameter of the circle is of length 20 units , find the value of alpha​

Centre = (2a-1) = (x1, y1)

Point = (-3,-1) = (x2, y2)

Distance = 2 r = 10 units

So using distance formula

D = √(x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2

10 = √ (2a +3)^2 + (0)

100 = 4a^2 + 6a +9

4a^2 +6a -91 = 0

-b+/-√b^2-4ac/2a

-6 +/- √36 + 1456/8

-6+38/8 or -6-38/8

4 or -11/2

So alpha = 4 or (-11/2)
