Centre = (2a-1) = (x1, y1)
Point = (-3,-1) = (x2, y2)
Distance = 2 r = 10 units
So using distance formula
D = √(x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2
10 = √ (2a +3)^2 + (0)
100 = 4a^2 + 6a +9
4a^2 +6a -91 = 0
-b+/-√b^2-4ac/2a
-6 +/- √36 + 1456/8
-6+38/8 or -6-38/8
4 or -11/2
So alpha = 4 or (-11/2)
