Full tution fees scholarships by Indian Government to study in Abroad in Need base??

Usually the overseas scholarship edu scheme introduced by our PM covers only upto a certain amount that too based on merit. However almost every state in India has scholarship schemes for abroad education...you might consider applying to both but they will not cover the entire expenses.

may be it may help you to improve your language. But nowadays our government is providing good study facilities and qualified teachers this much only I can say after that is all up to you
