RMO is a difficult exam
So main topics are geometry. trignometry calculus integration etc.

Everything uptil and including class 11 topics.
Focus the most on geometry. If you are not able to complete class 11 syllabus, make sure you are well versed with permutations and combinations, sets, inequalities (calculus nkt required)
There are 20 questions and the cut off is very low. Do some sample papers, if you are able to do around 10 questions, you'll qualify.
It's pretty easy if you are preparing for JEE.
