Here is your answer :

•You can't delete the wrong answers. Just you can report wrong answers. After that moderators will look the answer and then they will delete the wrong answers.

If u had asked a question and u get the wrong answer then u can delete that answer.

First who has given the answer. The right side is a thing like this u just click on that option and just click on the report the answer. And that answer will be deleted...
