in my opinion, IIT is best
so he should take IIT because
→if he take IIT he became famous person of his community
→he wlll get respect from all other people's
→he will get many facilities
→through his talent he get lots of opportunities
→he will also get many opportunities to study with many skilled people
→he will also get opportunity to meet many skilled people
→then he also choosen as mentors by IIT people. if he choosen as mentor then he will gain lots of knowledge...
→he will also gain lots of money/amount......
so in my opinion, IIT is the best for him.....

You can't compare both of them as both are the best in their trade.
IIT is the best in technical line and aiims is the best in its medical line.
IIT has innovative in software lines which will help in new machines and other gadgets which reduces our time consumption in our daily life.
whereas AIIMS has the motivation to creat new and reliable medicine for patients and other new ideas to relief the patients from their diseases.
And if in case someone get both IIT and AIIMS then he is a genius as he has covered both bio and maths in a parallel line so let him take his own decision

then you say whicj one is better and read my answrr carefully i haven't said you have to do both. both are the best in their trade
