Yo!

Here's the answer!

Xanthan Gum,is basically a food thickener made from a specific type of bacteria(Xanthomonas Campestris)that attacks and infects numerous species of plants.

Uses of this gum are as follows:--->

--Xanthan gum thickens food, and also prevents the ingredients present in the dish, from separating.

--Xanthum gum,is also used in "NON-FOOD" products, such as OIL and COMESTICS which are in use today.

--Xanthan gum may help steady the blood-sugar. It can also help in lowering it to a minimum amount.

--Many people can't tolerate using it,as a food additive.

Hope it helps! ✌️
