Also, goin by d place in english alphabet,

w = 23rd letter

o = 15th letter

e = 5th letter

n = 14th letter

therefore; (23+15)/(5+14)

38/19 = 2 proved.

That's easy to do.. let me explain it by some units.

2/10

= 2 centimetre / 10

= 20 millimetre / 10

(As 1 centimetre = 10 millimetre)

= 2 millimetre.

So,

2/10 cm = 2 mm
