Side of the square= root of 5184

= side of square = 72m

Perimeter of the square= 4a= 288m

since, pm(sq)=pm(rect)

=288= 2(l+b)

=144=3x

= x= 48cm= breadth of rectangle, and therefore, length is 2x= 96m

Area of the rect plot is lb= 4608m^2..............
