how can we
escape from depression?

We can escape from depression by talking to our parents about the state we are in or by telling them our problems. As they are our parents they would understand us and provide a solution.

➡ What's depression ?



According to me, depression could be called a mental tension which arises when we fail in something. Moreover the tension which arises when we are not capable of doing something or get something less than our expectations.



For example, a student may get depressed if he/she doesn't get marks upto his/her expectations.



For example, an engineer may get depressed if he fails in his project. Or a businessman may get depressed if he goes through a loss in business.



➡ How to overcome ?



Depression is nothing but just an mental illness or a tension which gets fixed up in our mind. We our self think that we aren't capable of doing something. We start feeling negatively and end up with more sadness and being extreme tensed.



To get rid of it, we should always think positively. It'll help us to think positively and hence we will not think unnecessarily and will spoil our mood, health and time.



Also, if one gets depressed he/she should watch something motivating. Like Dr. Subhash Chandra is one of the biggest inspiration for getting motivated. There are many motivational speaker whose speakings can let you get rid of depression.



Reading books. The best cure for anything which affect us mentally. A person who read books is found to be more happy and enjoying than a person with a loads of tension. When we start reading books we start thinking more and stops us from thinking anything unnecessarily.



Playing sports. Sports keeps our mind active and avoid the unconsciousness.



All these ways can keep a person away from getting depressed. More happy the person is less depressed he/she will be.



So be happy and keep smiling. Your smile will make your own day and would let you get rid of all those things which is pulling you back and hence wouldn't allow you to get the most annoying thing called depression.



Always keep yourself up and don't worry for result. Don't care about others, what they think will not matter. What they speak will not matter. The only thing which matters is the inner you. The inner love and peace that you have. Be a elephant. Let dogs bark and you move with your own speed.



They'll trouble you only for sometime but your success will trouble them for lifetime.
