Hai friend,

Exam stress and tensions are common . Anyone may have it, including me.....

All you need is don't stress yourself today night just do some short revision or something. Get good sleep at night. Have your breakfast in the morning. Don't take tension . Calm down you self . Say to yourself that you can do it.... its just an exam to check what all you have learned over the past year..

You will have to deal with more bigger problems in your life in future. So stay strong. You have prepared well and so you will get the results what you deserve.

Have faith in god (if you are god fearing) . Pray well..... you know you can do it very well.

Start you exams with concentration and not with tension. First attend all those qtns which you know very well.

Try taking deep breath at least 10 times before the exams. It provides more oxygen supply in your body as well as your brain.

These are tips from my side....
All you need is proper sleep, breakfast and full concentration.
