Step-by-step explanation:

1.

Check Pythagorean Triplets

 {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  =  {c}^{2}

here. a = 5 , b = 12 , c = 13

Now

 {a}^{2}  =  {5}^{2}  = 25

 {b}^{2}  =  {12}^{2}  = 144

 {c}^{2}  =  {13}^{2}  = 169

Now

 {a }^{2}  +  {b }^{2}  =  {5}^{2}  +  {12}^{2}  \\  = 25 + 144 \\  = 169

which \:  \: is \: equal \:  \:  \: to \: the \:  \:  \:  \:  {c}^{2}

Hence it is Pythagorean Triplets.
