Q) the age of Priyanka's father is 7 years more than three times Priyanka's age. if Priyanka's father is 64 years old , then find Priyanka's age

Let Priyanka's age be x yrs
then her father's age will be (3x+7) yrs
3x+7=64
3x=64-7
3x=57
x=57÷3
x=19
Therefore; Priyanka's age is 19 years.
this is not my answer I got it from brainly also but I want to know where did the 7 come from this equation 3x+7=64 i did not understand
