Step-by-step explanation:

Let the one side be X

and it's adjacent side be 3/4 of X

3x/4

  • In parallelogram opposite sides are equal
  • so the length of all sides of the parallelogram are as X, 3x/4, X , 3x/4

The perimeter = Sum of All Sides.

70cm=X+3x/4+X+3x/4

70cm=2X+2(3x/4)

70cm=2X+6x/4

70cm=(2X×4+6X)/4

70cm=(8X+6X)/4

70cm=14X/4

14X=70cm×4

14X=280cm

X=280cm/14

X=20cm

  • So 1st side =X=20cm
  • 2nd side=3x/4=3×20cm/4=3×5cm=15cm
  • 3rd side = 20cm
  • 4th side = 15cm
