If u wanna improve your English ,then the best thing to do is ,reading-you should read books ,novels ,biographies ,science books ,or any topic you like.This improves reading skills and you come to know the language to be used ,and vocab is improved .Participate in debate or reclamation to enhance your speaking skills...and reading newspaper is a must!!!
You should also listen to your fave English music ..this will improve your 'accent' because listening to native English speakers really helps a lot...
If u have a friend from any English speaking country then stay in contact with him or her...AND YES ,SUBSCRIBE @mmmEnglish YOUTUBE CHANNEL ...she is really good.
